Return & Exchange Window

We accept return or exchange requests within 4 days of the delivery date.

Once your request is approved, the product must arrive at our location within the next 5–7 days.

We also offer reverse pick-up services for your convenience.
Condition of Returned Products

Please ensure the product(s) are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

If the returned items are in poor condition, clearly used, or damaged, a refund or exchange will not be provided.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet been dispatched from our warehouse.

Once dispatched, the order can no longer be cancelled.
Products Not Eligible for Return

Please note that products purchased during clearance sales are not eligible for return or exchange.

Bank Details: Refunds will be processed to the bank account details provided by the customer. Please ensure the details are accurate, as we are not responsible for errors in the provided information.

Order Marked as Delivered but Not Received:
If you receive an email confirmation stating your order has been delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us within 24 hours via Instagram DM (@houseofnazakat1). -
Customer Responsibility:
Customers are expected to take reasonable care of the product(s) while they are in their possession, including keeping them in their original packaging with all tags, instructions, and documents intact. -
Damaged or Defective Products:
If you believe the product was received in damaged condition or does not meet expectations, please contact us within 1 day of delivery via Instagram DM (@houseofnazakat1) or WhatsApp (+91 9925882525) with photos and order details. We will review and provide further instructions.
