Refund policy


We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and exchanges work:

Return & Exchange Window

  • We accept return or exchange requests within 4 days of the delivery date.

  • Once your request is approved, the product must arrive at our location within the next 5–7 days.

  • We also offer reverse pick-up services for your convenience.

Condition of Returned Products

  • Please ensure the product(s) are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • If the returned items are in poor condition, clearly used, or damaged, a refund or exchange will not be provided.

  • To request a return or exchange, contact us through:

  • We are available Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm.

  • If you contact us outside these hours, we’ll respond on the next working day.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet been dispatched from our warehouse.

  • Once dispatched, the order can no longer be cancelled.

Products Not Eligible for Return

  • Please note that products purchased during clearance sales are not eligible for return or exchange.

Terms and Conditions

  • Bank Details: Refunds will be processed to the bank account details provided by the customer. Please ensure the details are accurate, as we are not responsible for errors in the provided information.

  • Order Marked as Delivered but Not Received:
    If you receive an email confirmation stating your order has been delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us within 24 hours via Instagram DM (@houseofnazakat1).

  • Customer Responsibility:
    Customers are expected to take reasonable care of the product(s) while they are in their possession, including keeping them in their original packaging with all tags, instructions, and documents intact.

  • Damaged or Defective Products:
    If you believe the product was received in damaged condition or does not meet expectations, please contact us within 1 day of delivery via Instagram DM (@houseofnazakat1) or WhatsApp (+91 9925882525) with photos and order details. We will review and provide further instructions.
