- We do not offer international shipping at this time.

- We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across India.
- There are no hidden costs or extra delivery charges for prepaid orders.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional ₹149 charge will apply.
Order Processing & Handling Time
- After your order is placed, our team takes 1–2 business days to process, pack, and hand it over to our courier partner.
- Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Once dispatched, your order will be delivered within 5–7 business days, depending on your location and courier availability.
- In most metro cities, delivery may be faster (within 3–5 business days).
Tracking Your Order
- When your order is shipped, you will receive an email, and you can track your order through it.
- You can also track your order status using the tracking link provided.

Return & Exchange Window
- We accept return or exchange requests within 4 days of the delivery date.
- Once your request is approved, the product must arrive at our location within the next 5–7 days.
- We also offer reverse pick-up services for your convenience.
Condition of Returned Products
- Please ensure the product(s) are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- If the returned items are in poor condition, clearly used, or damaged, a refund or exchange will not be provided.

Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet been dispatched from our warehouse.
- Once dispatched, the order can no longer be cancelled.
Products Not Eligible for Return
- Please note that products purchased during clearance sales are not eligible for return or exchange.
Terms and Conditions
- Bank Details: Refunds will be processed to the bank account details provided by the customer. Please ensure the details are accurate, as we are not responsible for errors in the provided information.
- Order Marked as Delivered but Not Received:
If you receive an email confirmation stating your order has been delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us within 24 hours via Instagram DM (@houseofnazakat1). - Customer Responsibility:
Customers are expected to take reasonable care of the product(s) while they are in their possession, including keeping them in their original packaging with all tags, instructions, and documents intact. - Damaged or Defective Products:
