- In most metro cities, delivery may be faster (within 3–5 business days).

Return & Exchange Window
- We accept return or exchange requests within 4 days of the delivery date.
- Once your request is approved, the product must arrive at our location within the next 5–7 days.

Condition of Returned Products
- Please ensure the product(s) are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- If the returned items are in poor condition, clearly used, or damaged, a refund or exchange will not be provided.

- Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet been dispatched from our warehouse.

- Order Marked as Delivered but Not Received:
